Abstract:

The talk will outline the basics of Qiskit – one of the most popular SDK for quantum computing. The talk will focus on coding in Python using the Qiskit package and Jupyter Notebook IDE. Basic gates, entry-level algorithms and some circuit analysis will be presented. At least basic understanding of quantum computing is recommended (but not necessary) for better understanding.

BIO:

Przemysław Michałowski is a last year student of SGH Warsaw School of Economics majoring in Advanced Analytics – Big Data and a QPoland member. His thesis describes the application of Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm for solving VRP problem. His areas of interest include also machine learning and statistical modelling in predictive and causal analysis.

This meeting is organized by the Quantum AI Foundation.
