Oskar Słowik

"An introduction to quantum programming with Python and Qiskit"

Abstract from Oskar:

In my talk, I will present chosen capabilities of Qiskit, an SDK for working with IBM Q quantum processors. Elementary knowledge of quantum computing and basics of Python programming language is assumed.

BIO: Oskar Słowik is an MSc student in Mathematics at MIMUW and a PhD student in the Quantum Mathematics Group at the Center for Theoretical Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences. He is currently working mainly on efficient quantum compilers and random quantum circuits. Oskar is also a quantum programming enthusiast using Qiskit since 2017 and a popularizer of quantum computing, mostly under QWorld and QPoland.
